1 pound ground beef
1 pound sausage
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Bake at 425 for 35 minutes
Makes approx. 38 meatballs, each has 73 calories
Use only beef, 54 calories each.
