Corny Corn Bread

1 3/4 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
14.5 oz of corn (basically it's a can)

450 degree oven for 15 minutes

Makes 12 muffins
185 calories a muffin


Add 1/8 cup of beans, 30 calories
Add 1/8 cup of cheese, 40 calories

Mexican Corn Muffins, 255 each.
