Banana Bread with Walnuts & Chocolate Chunks

1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Makes 12 muffins, 322 calories a muffin

Take out walnuts and chocolate, and it comes to 250 a muffin

Use applesauce, it comes to 172 a muffin

Use applesauce and chocolate and nuts - 246

Use applesauce and chocolate - 213

Rice Krispie Treats, Chocolate Walnut

Ingredients

Margarine, hard, 1 T

Great value Marshmellows mini, 1 bag

Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 5 cup

Walnuts, 1/8 cup, chopped (remove)

*Nestle Toll House chocolate chip, 1/8 chopped



Makes 20

Three Cheese Pasta Cups

Ingredients:

Pasta, cooked, 2 cups

2% mozarella Cheese, 1 cup

Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup

Cheese - Parmesean - Fresh Grated - 1/3 cup

Egg, fresh, 2 large



Blend together, add salt and pepper, spegetti sauces. Divide into 9 muffin tin cups (Demarle of course!) Cook in microwave for 20 minutes.

Pop out and serve with marinara sauce

125 calories for once cheese pasta cup + marinara sauce

Quiche from Demarle

Egg, fresh, 16 large

Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup

Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded

Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices

Zuchinni, cooked, 1 cup sliced, 4 cup

Basil, 1/4 cup

Garlic, 2 cloves


350 for 25 minutes

Makes 24 muffin size quiche

120 calories each

Meatloaf

White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup

Ground beef, lean, 2 lbs

Margarine, soft, 1 T

Onions, raw, 1/4 c, chopped

2 cloves garlic

Egg, fresh, 1 large

Sour Cream, 1/4 c

3 T worshire sauce

1 cup ketup



Cook 350 - 1 hr for loaf, 20 minutes for muffins


Sautee the onions and garlic in the butter

Add other ingredients


250 calories a muffin (or 1/12 of the loaf)
