Beans, Pinto
Quick Soak - 2 cups of beans, 6-8 cups of water, boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat. cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain water and cook them.
Crab, Pineapple, Bellpepper Salad Spread
- 1 8 oz pkg of FF cream cheese (240 calories)
- 1/2 pg of crab meat (160)
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- salmon seasoning
- 1/4 cup of pineapple (40) calories
